What You’ll Do

  • Assemble and prepare new Giant bikes to a high standard, including road, gravel, and e-bikes
  • Perform servicing, repairs, and diagnostics across a wide range of modern bike technologies
  • Ensure workshop jobs are completed accurately and within expected timeframes
  • Communicate clearly with retail staff regarding job status, technical findings, and service recommendations
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
  • Uphold Giant Sydney’s standards for quality, safety, and customer experience

You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of industry experience as a workshop mechanic in a similar retail environment
  • Strong technical knowledge across modern drivetrains, hydraulics, electronic shifting, and integrated cockpits
  • E-Bike specific experience and knowledge
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering consistent, high-quality work
  • Ability to work efficiently while managing multiple jobs in a high-volume workshop
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and genuine passion for cycling
