Sales Assistants (Part-time & Full-time)

We're seeking enthusiastic part-time and full-time sales assistants with cycling experience and general bicycle knowledge to join our friendly and inclusive team. If you're passionate about helping others experience the joy of cycling – whether for performance, fitness, fun, social connection, or commuting – we encourage you to apply! Mechanics

Do you have a passion for building and maintaining high-quality bikes? We're looking for meticulous and detail-oriented mechanics to join our team in the heart of the CBD. As Sydney's premier Giant and Liv retailer, we provide our clients with an exceptional experience, and your bike building and maintenance skills are crucial to that journey. You'll be working on a variety of bikes, including road, gravel, mountain (including e-MTB), and commuter models, featuring top-of-the-line components from Shimano and SRAM.

Workshop Assistant - Full time

Giant Sydney is looking for a workshop assistant to start with negotiable timeframe. This is a full time role at our city retail location.

Responsibilities :

  • Building complete bikes with "out of the box" builds
  • Servicing customer bikes
  • Managing customer relationship from sales through to after sales support

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience working in a bike shop - preferably one focused on high-end products
  • Personable and great communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to see a task to the end
  • Working in a high performance workshop environment amongst a team of others
